Version 28 August 2026. These terms govern the use of the Transform Lexis platform (transformlexis.com), operated by Stichting 222 Ministry — full company details below.
1. The service
Transform Lexis is an online studio for producing Scripture audio: voice conversion, casting, review and delivery of audio recordings. The service is provided to organizations; the organization that opens the account is our contracting party, and its administrators manage its team's access.
2. Accounts and access
Access is personal, by one-time sign-in links to a verified email address. Organizations are responsible for the people they invite. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or lawful operation of the platform.
3. Prices and payment
Work on the platform is charged in credits; one credit equals one US dollar unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are shown before any paid operation runs. Payment is by invoice (bank transfer) or, where offered, by online payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the invoice states otherwise.
4. Retourbeleid & herroepingsrecht / Refunds and right of withdrawal
Unused, prepaid credits are refundable at any time on request — email info@transformiran.com and we refund the unused balance to the account that paid it, within 14 days.
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht). For digital services this right lapses once, at your request, performance has begun — that is, once credits have been spent on processing your audio; the unused balance always remains refundable as above. Since our customers are organizations, most purchases are business purchases to which the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply, but we honour the refund policy above for everyone.
5. Your material
Recordings, voices and texts you upload remain yours. You warrant that you hold the rights to the material you upload and to the voices you clone, including the speaker's consent. We process your material only to provide the service, and access is isolated per organization.
6. Liability
The service is provided with care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
7. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands; consumers may also use the court of their own residence. Complaints: contact customer service first — we respond within two business days.
