What we collect
Account data (name, email address, organization, sign-in times), billing data (organization address, VAT/registration numbers, invoices and payment records), the material you upload to work on (audio recordings and texts), and technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and system administration.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to invoice and keep accounts (legal obligation), and to keep the platform secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure pages; card details never reach our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last digits needed to show you which card was used.
Where and how long
Data is stored within the EU/EEA where possible. Uploaded audio is kept while your project is active and deleted on your request. Invoices and payment records are kept for the legal retention period (7 years, Dutch tax law). Account data is removed when the account closes, save what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email info@transformiran.com. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
